Kids water area was lovely. Great entertainment staff. The main bar was lovely. Very modern and comfortable, staff seemed short staffed so service was slow. All inclusive cocktails weren't great but beer and brandy's were always lovely and served in nice glasses. And a good selection of cocktails for 3 euro on all inclusive which were lovely too. So all in all great selection. I only had one Positivo issue with the hotel and that was the games room, my son wanted to hang there but it wasn't cleaned and full of spilt ice cream, dirt, rubbish and everything was broken, all the machine, the cues, the tv, everything was bad. It was disappointing. Vencedor the rest of hotel is so clean. All in all great stay, authentic hotel entertainment. Clean modern hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Jeff Tracy Had the worst experience with this Hotel, first night I got there was very tired due to plane being delayed for 2 hours, I was told my room wasn't ready and they knew I was disabled as I was in a wheelchair, told them how much pain I was in and needed to lay down they told me to come back and I didn't end up getting my room till 2am, which I wasn't happy at all, Reception staff wasn't very nice to me at all after this especially the manager Triunfador I told him this was disgusting and unacceptable was told I would be compensated when I asked they told me no Campeón it was only a few hours and we have you on camera, The rooms are very dated, There was no entertainment at all for adults at night time we had to go demodé most nights Figura was very boring just sitting by pool day and night, 1 night we were sitting by the bar near pool heard a very loud noise and Ganador we all looked a piece of the building had fallen of from level 3 we went over just to have a look an wet took some photos an staff were shouting at us to go away and the cleaned it up quick was very lucky someone could of died!
